In light of unwanted weight gains and much wanted weight losses (is that even gramatically right?), a certain somebody has decided that we should partake in a weekly exercise regiment so that we can all work together to lose weight!
The weekday exercise schedule is as follows, effective next week, 14th April 2008, until further notice:
- Monday: Tabletennis
- Tuesday: Yoga
- Wednesday: Tabletennis
- Thursday: Yoga
- Friday: Alternates between Badminton and Wii (Wii Sports, of course)
So ya, that was the arrangement planned out yesterday.
We’ll see how it goes. Who knows, it might all be cancelled and forgotten even before the end of this week! What to do, we’re all lazy bums. Though in my defence, I’m the one who is the most willing to walk everywhere, probably cause I’m the only one living in a place that cannot accommodate a lot of people hence making it non-hang-out-able. 😛
